POWER OVER SICKNESS
 
 
One of the ways by which the devil is still taking advantage of believers is through sickness. Today, many believers only hear of divine health, divine healing, but to them it is a fiery tale; despite the works that Jesus Christ has finished on the cross, many are still being tormented by incessant sickness while some are totally bed-ridden.
                Beloved, I tell you this, the death of Jesus Christ on the cross was not only to overcome sin, trample on serpents, prosper our souls, make us rich etc but also to be in good health
3rd John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
                The scriptures makes us to understand that the Spirit who raised Jesus Christ from the dead that dwells in us is able to quicken our short-lived, perishable and mortal bodies
Rom 8:11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
                See, no man could have killed Jesus Christ since Jesus Christ is God and by whom all things were made, He is immortal, invincible and all powerful (Col 1:16, Heb 1:3), but the reason why He not only die spiritually but also physically is because He partook of flesh and blood, His physical death isn’t by reason of His suffering but because He gave up Himself (John 10:18), so as to destroy he who has the power of death (Heb 2:14).
Heb 2:14  Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Heb 2:15  And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
                My friend, Jesus Christ has destroyed he that has the power over death (physical and spiritual), so why do you still suffer in the claws of sickness and the fear of death (Heb 2: 14-15), If as a believer you are still under the torment of sickness, this isn’t normal, it means that you are under-utilizing your God-given powers and ignoring that well of salvation that you are supposed to draw from; I mean He who is the resurrection and the life has done it all, He has given us the power to overcome all, then all you have to do is to speak life to that dead or dying body, yours or your friend’s.
                You are seated together with Christ in the heavenly places above all principalities and powers of sickness, death, diseases etc so sickness in whatever form no longer have dominion over you; because Christ has placed you above them, all you have to do is to speak the word with faith in your heart (Mark 11:23) and you, your family member and your friend will be whole again.

What man lost at the beginning was a relationship with God. Without this relationship with God, man feels empty, void, incomplete and is eternally damned. To feel this void, many people resort into drinking, smoking and other destructive habits.. SHINE AS LIGHT

Light is the representation of Gods personality, it symbolizes the way God  operates and what He is capable of.
