I once heard,David Yongi Cho once told the story of how he used to pack his sermons full of philosophical studies ,yet wowed his audience . He had a lady who had tirelessly but unsuccessfully tried getting her hubby to church meetings ,then eventually the man ( hubby ) showed up. After the service ,Dr Cho was so eager to meet with the man ,and the following conversation ensued So glad to see you sir,how did you see the service ? Salvation package is more than the total forgiveness and eternal security, our oneness and union with the Lord is vital. He did not save us to nothing, He saved us to Himself. He saved us to become a part of Him. And that is where the manifestation of our sonship lies. Many believers got the total forgiveness part of the package but did not get the union with Christ part, so they still feel very empty always, they still feel alone, they still feel low. Until you are living in the consciousness of BEING IN CHRIST, you will not enjoy much of your Sonship privilege. Because almost everything that God has for us, He located them IN CHRIST, even our forgiveness, is IN CHRIST. No wonder some believers are not feeling forgiven, because they are not conscious of where the forgiveness is located.
