God's word is the food for the regenerated Spirit (saved spirit).

He builds up the spirit to grow to the stature of Christ.

Never allow a day to pass by without you feeding on this living word.

YOUR FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD 2

For lots of believers, guilt due to wrong doings keep them away from fellowshipping with the father, they think that their running away will clear them from their guilty-conscience. Now, you have to stop running because the blood of Jesus Christ is already an overpayment for your sin, By the one offering of Himself that He has made, Jesus Christ totally sanctified  you (Heb 10:14) Doing things that correlate with the old nature is not a call to run from the father but rather a call to move closer to Him, if only you can stay with the father in fellowship,  in renewing your mind with the living word of God, then you will totally start bearing the fruits of the Spirit even for the world to see.
